Before you send your Sony product off for a repair, have you tried to fix the problem? Many minor problems can be solved by:

If it's something that's easy to fix, you can keep using your product instead of being without it while we take a look.

Is it a repair worthwhile?

We’re happy to repair most products. However, it might not be worth getting your product repaired depending on:

• the cost of the repair
• the value of your product (for example, its age and condition)
• whether you are covered under warranty
