Sometimes, that actually works. Having a freshly installed Windows does the trick.

You should try running the windows check disk utility to locate bad sectors and recover readable data.

    Hi SRaza94,

High temperature may possibly be the problem. Can you download either PC Wizard or Core Temp and let us know the processor temperatures when viewing videos online or carrying out any processor intensive activity.

    Hi Shan,

Those temperatures are well within acceptable limits. If you constantly had temperatures of between 75 and 80 deg. it may have explained the problem.

There is a graphics driver update available for your model and if you have not already done so I suggest you install this.

    Hi Shan,

There are two  VPCEB1EOE models listed on the support site, a /T and /WI - this just refers to the colour, but you should be able to find your exact model reference in Vaio Control Centre.

That said both have the same update available. I can't explain why Vaio Update is not listing anything unless you already have the update installed.

I suggest you check which driver version is installed and then install the update if applicable.

    You're welcome Shan.

Please let us known whether the driver update solves the problem.
