Netflix missing from SEN list?

Hi, I am hoping someone out there can help me!

I have a Sony BDV-E280 Surround sound/home cinema system that I have just conected up to my Wifi useing a Sony dongle.

 

I have tried to update the system and now it just appears to of frozen?

The downloads have been completed and the unit is flashing "updateing" on the front but it has been doing that for over a hour!?

 

Can anyone suggest what I can do to get it working as it will not let me cancel it?

    Ok I eventually managed to get the update to install after ignoreing the message on screen pulling the plug on the unit then leaving it a few mins before starting again.

     

    However I now have another minor annoyance....

     

    Netflix appears to be missing from my video content list and I dont know how to add it?

    You tube, BBCi, Lovefilm etc are all there but no Netflix

     

    Anyone know how to add it?

    Hi, Netflix is only available on 2012 models of devices, so you won't get it i'm afraid.
